Hanna's Colloidal Trace Minerals Review Details

Hanna's Colloidal Trace Minerals have a lot of good things about them. This liquid mineral supplement contains over 70 minerals, which is great since the human body is said to need about 70 or 80 different minerals to function properly. Hanna's Trace Minerals are also free of preservatives and added sugar. This does mean they might not taste the best, but they are much better for you! And you can usually mix them with juice to mask the taste.

The other two great things about Hanna's Trace Minerals are the type of minerals they contain: colloidal, which makes them easy to absorb and plant-derived. You want to consumer minerals that come from plants, because the plant has slightly altered the structure of the mineral so it is easy for the plant and also the human to digest. This means you get more bang for the buck, so to speak.

However, there is just one downside to these liquid minerals: they have had certain minerals removed from them. The body utilizes numerous minerals, even when in tiny, tiny amounts. So it's better to leave all the minerals in the plant-derived mineral source. For example, the body needs copper to process zinc. So, if a one were to remove copper from trace minerals, then the zinc couldn't be properly utilized.

The product receives a 4 out of 5 star rating.

These minerals used to be sold out of Boulder, Colorado but it appears that they are no longer being produced. Feel free to browse the other fulvic acid minerals (plant-based) on this site to find one that is available and will work for you.
